Directions:
From new King Shaka International Airport: (along N2 highway)
from terminal buildings pass through toll plaza to head south on N2 to Durban for 24 kms to exit 170. Take exit 170 (Umgeni/Inanda Rds), travel over bridge and for 1 km to turn left at the 2nd traffic lights into Umgeni Rd (M19). Travel for 2.2km (pass Makro store) and turn right at the 3rd traffic light into Alpine Rd (M10 Overport). Turn left after 1.4km at the first traffic light into Hendry Rd (Morningside). Turn right after 0.8kms at the T.junction into Earl Haig Road which swings left and becomes Springfield Rd. After 1,25km passing 3 traffic lights turn right into Currie Rd. Turn left after 400m into Haden and immediately right into Holstead Gardens to number 16 on the right. (10 turns in total)
Alternative route from King Shaka International Airport: (along coastal M4 road)
from terminal buildings pass through toll plaza to head south on N2 towards Durban, taking first exit after a few kilometres to Umhloti M4 interchange. As you get to the interchange you need to turn right to slide onto the M4 headed towards Durban. Travel about 20kms along this scenic coastal road passing Umhlanga and Durban North until you get to the new Moses Mabhida World Cup Stadium. About 200m metres past the Stadium take the right turn at the traffic lights to travel away from the sea up Argyle Rd for about 1.5kms passing through 5 traffic lights and taking a left turn at the 6th traffic light into Cowey Rd. After 200m and 1 traffic light turn right up Haden Rd and take the 2nd left into Holstead Gardens to number 16 on the right. (7 turns in total)
From N3 Johannesburg or N2 south/north interchange with N3
take the N3 Durban route and as the city comes into view (immediately under the bridge), take the Berea Road off ramp (now called King Dinuzulu Road) and proceed down to the first traffic lights (400m). Turn left into Essenwood Road (now Stephen Dlamini Road). Travel for two kilometres to the traffic light intersection at Marriott Road (now Gladys Mazibuko Road). Turn right down the hill, crossing Musgrave and Currie Road, and turn left into Holstead Gardens after 600 metres. We are number 16. (4 turns in total)
